In response to the surge in the demand for residential subdivisions across the country, MGS saw the advantage of setting up in-house concrete batching plants in easy-to-access locations. These batching plants allow the group to function with maximum efficiency wherever they are needed.

The group’s main fixed concrete batching plant is located in Molino Boulevard in Bacoor, Cavite. There are also 19 mobile plants strategically located across the country. All the batching plants are computerized and utilize wet-type mixers for better quality.
