- Candidate must be a Professional Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect
- Preferably works as Manager/PIC specializing in Engineering-Civil/Construction, Structural or equivalent
- Should have at least 10 years of extensive experience in Project Management/ Supervision of Mid to High Rise Projects, Mall, Housing Construction
Project In Charge
- Candidate must be a Professional Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect
- Preferably works as Supervisor/ 5 years and up experience in Engineering-Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent
Project Superintendent
- Candidate must be a Professional Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect
- Preferably works as Supervisor/ 3 years and up experience in Engineering-Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent
Site Engineer
- Candidate must be a Professional Licensed Civil Engineer
- Preferably with 2 years experience in similar capacity
- Knowledgeable in fabrication process, concrete pouring process, and installation of formwork systems
MEPF Engineer
- Candidate must be a Licensed Electrical / Mechanical Engineer
- Preferably with at least 1 year experience in MEPF works
Project Architect
- Candidate must be a graduate of BS Architecture
- Preferably with PRC License
- Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, MS Office, Construction, Structural or equivalent
- Has experience in preparation of working drawings
Site Surveyor
- Candidate must be a graduate of Geodetic Engineer / Civil Engineer
- Preferably with at least 1 year experience in High Rise and Vertical construction
Cost Engineer
- Candidate must be a Professional Licensed Civil Engineer
- Preferably with at least 1 year experience in Engineering-Estimation / Costing of Civil and Architectural works and preparation of documents for bidding purposes
CADD Operator
- Candidate must be a graduate of BS Architecture or Civil Engineering
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years experience in Vertical Construction
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office Applications
Geodetic Engineer
- Candidate must be a graduate of BS Geodetic Engineering
- Preferably GEP but not required
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years experience in Purchasing and Procurement.
QA/QC Engineer
- Candidate must be a Professional Licensed Civil Engineer
- At least 1 to 2 years Working experience in construction related work
- Knowledgeable in Quality Assurance and Quality Control of works in accordance with approved plans and specifications
Safety Officer
- Candidate must be a Professional Licensed Civil Engineer / Licensed Nurse
- Preferably with 2 to 5 years experience in the related field
- Candidate must possess a BOSH and COSH certificate
Project Nurse
- Candidate must be a Professional Licensed Nurse
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years experience in the related field
- Candidate must possess a BOSH and COSH certificate
Safety Leadman
- Candidate must be a High School Graduate
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years experience in the related field
- Candidate must possess a BOSH and COSH certificate
Equipment Engineer
- Candidate must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years experience in related field
Plant Engineer ( Ready Mix )
- Candidate must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years experience in Readymix Industry
Quality Control Engineer (Readymix)
- Candidate must be a graduate of BS Civil Engineering / Civil Engineering Technology
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years experience in Readymix Industry
Accounting Staff
- Candidate must be a graduate of BS Accountancy
- Preferably CPA
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years experience in the related field
Finance Staff
- Candidate must be a graduate of BSBA Financial Management
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years experience in the related field
Credit and Collection Staff
- Candidate must be a graduate of any Business related course
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years experience in the related field
Audit Staff
- Candidate must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or BS Internal Audit
- CPA preferred but not required
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years experience in the related field
HR Supervisor
- Candidate must be a graduate of BS Psychology, BSBA HR Administration
- Preferably works as Supervisor/ 5 years and up experience in Human Resource Development
HR Staff
- Candidate must be a graduate of BS Psychology, BSBA HR Administration
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years experience in the related field but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
MIS Staff
- Candidate must be a graduate of BS Civil Engineering
- Preferably RCE but not required
Encoder
- Candidate must be a graduate of any Business related course
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years experience in the related field but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Software Developer
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- With at least 3 years work experience in software development related field.
- Must be flexible for Web App, Desktop App and Mobile App Development
IT Functional Analyst – HRIS
- Candidate must be a graduate of any Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Human Resources, Management Information Systems, or relevant fields
- Preferably with experience in HR system, with demonstrable knowledge of HR processes
IT Functional Analyst – SAP
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology
- Preferably with experience in ERP system, preferably SAP or Oracle
IT Technical Support
- Candidate must be a graduate of any Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Human Resources, Management Information Systems, or relevant fields
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years experience in the related field but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Purchasing Engineer
- Candidate must be a graduate of BS Civil Engineering/ Industrial Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering
- Preferably Licensed Engineer but not required
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years experience in Purchasing and Procurement.
Purchasing Staff
- Candidate must be a graduate of any Business related course
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years experience in the related field but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Quantity Surveyor
- Candidate must be a Professional Licensed Civil Engineer
- With at least 1 year experience in construction preferably in quantity surveying and validation of actual installation
- Knowledgeable in Revit/ Planswift is an advantage
Materials Management Staff
- Candidate must be a graduate of BS Civil Engineering / Civil Engineering Technology
- Preferably with at least 1 year experience in Vertical Construction
- Candidate must be familiar with Construction Materials and Warehousing
Heavy Equipment Operator
- Candidate must be at least High School / Vocational Course graduate
- Preferably with at least 1 year experience in any of the following (Backhoe, Bulldozer, Road Roller, Tower Crane, Grader, Forklift & Pay Loader)
- Candidate must possess a professional driver’s license (1,2,3 & 8)
- Candidate must have an ACEL or TESDA certification
Materials Management Staff
- Candidate must be a graduate of BS Civil Engineering / Civil Engineering Technology
- Preferably with at least 1 year experience in Vertical Construction
- Candidate must be familiar with Construction Materials and Warehousing
